"For example In the Harem Gallery I painted different series of Harems from different cultures, for example; Geishas from the Japanese culture Afghanistan's women, Arabian women and more. 

This series and to make this theme work, is to reflect the sensuality of the female and their stories behind the colourful scheme and the playful swing of the brush!

Geishas, I was attracted to the way women from this culture are both delicate and strong, they were educated and trained to the highest levels.

Afghans, how women were suppressed and deprived from education to enable them to fulfil the needs of their men, with their strength and ambitions they were recognised after the war and how they fought to be educated and have a role in their society.

Arabian women, I call them the fighters, their freedom enabled them to pursue higher education and higher positions in their country they are the pillar of the society, preparing to build a better future, for a better educated generation and still show their femininity grace and beauty.”
